We stayed 2 nights before our TMB hike and 1 night after. Great location not far from TMB start. Grocery store down the street. Rooms are basic and on the small side, but very clean and comfortable. Staff very helpful and friendly. Nice areas outside and in the lobby to relax. We bought breakfast two times and it was very good and lots of choices.

Excellent views, massive bed, good bathroom with great shower, room a good size. Pizza and fries excellent Quite a quirky hotel but we loved it, was nice sitting in the covered open air area, to the left as you look at the hotel, in the evening. Staff all had superb language skills (excellent English). Rooms were quiet, didn't hear any other guests and the hotel was quite full. We would happily stay here again

Clean, comfortable and fun. The staff were good and all in all it was a great place to start and finish our TMB. They kept our bags while we trekked, and told us about good free TMB parking for while were away too. We loved the free coffee/water etc downstairs. RockyPop was also, despite its name, very quiet at night.

An excellent stay in a very well thought out hotel, very good for families as there’s plenty to keep children and teens occupied. In a great location with a free service bus into Chamonix. Breakfast was very good with plenty of choice also free hot drinks and water throughout the day.

The room is small, but well equipped and comfortable. We didn't have breakfast here because there were a lot of people. Coffee and tea are available free of charge. Dinner must be booked in advance, we were satisfied, although there was no pizza or hamburger, although it is on the menu. Anyway, everything went well and the food was delicious. It is a big hotel, there are a lot of people, because of this there is a lot of confusion, but the staff solves the situation well, everything is well organized. We booked here for the night before the TMB tour, we didn't regret it, 2.5 km distance from the starting gate.

First, compared with other properties in the area, the value for money is very much above average. Personnel is very friendly, rooms are spotless, free and unlimited water, sparkling water and coffee. I can't think of a tipe of visitor that would not have enjoyed the hotel, from singles, families with small kids, older kids, teenagers, adults and geeks. Breakfast is very cheap compared with what you would get elsewhere for that amount. Les Houches is a beautiful town, quieter than Chamonix, with a good entertainment offer.

I’m was there for one night and I can say I wanted to stay more. I’ve never been in a hotel like this. The best words describing the hotel is “sleeping over at your best friend house”. The atmosphere is like no other. The personel is friendly and you can see that they have fun working there. The breakfast is very good. Decoration in the hotel ist like no other The bus station is 100m from the hotel. There are a lot of activities for the guest available. You can even play Pacman. There is also a live band, not sure if is everyday but saturday was here. I was sad that I had to leave. I’m comming back and I will stay longer.

Far away from Chamonix Center. You have to take a bus (better for daytime but impossible after midnight) to go to the center. There is no Uber or Taxi in this area. You can take private transportation after midnight but it costs 50 euros to the hotel. There is nothing around hotel to go for a walk. There is a ski shop under hotel but you can rent everywhere. Ask reception for the best slopes, they helped a lot. There was a DJ for satuday night at the bar which was amazing. Worth to stay. Very clean and modern hotel.

Rocky pop was the most amazing hostel I've ever been. The price in my opinion totally suits the location and facilities. Also the breakfast was a great buffet with a variety of all kind of food, including sweets such as crossiant,different type of cakes, jam , hand made chocolate hazelnut cream, also bacon,(which was really tastety), different types of cheese and salami, along with fresh fruits ,juice and hot drinks. I'll most probably go back to stay there again soon! P.s: there are boiler in the shared area , also a big fridge and free coffee all the time. There is a foosball and snooker to play for free which are both supper cool.

The children love the video game machines and the decor. There is a nice bar and it is always very animated. Beds are comfortable. Sound proofing of rooms isn't too bad (although this time there was a lot of noise in the courtyard outside our room until late).
